Native completes 1 year with sales doubling

Native, the new real estate project at Belas Clube de Campo, has completed one year since its launch, with results that attest to the success of the project and the new development strategy, with sales in the first half of 2024 doubling compared to the same period last year.

In the space of a year, 80 new units have been launched in three new projects – Native Orion, designed by architect Eduardo Capinha Lopes, Native Soul and Native Townhouses, the latter two by architect Miguel Saraiva. In addition to these units, a total of 150 new homes are still in the pipeline, including a Hub with a swimming pool, co-working space, co-kitchen, kids club, gym, among others.
